Merry Christmas intro
- Merry Christmas
- Final episode
- One of hope
- Final episode
- Next few years, we'll see a lot of changes in the world, many of which will be scary
- But we're ready now
- we have a common Way of thinking
- We have a vision
- But for now, enjoy life with family and friends
- What life is all about
- If you have kids, make sure they know this
- Always meant to be released on Christmas day
- Worked the date backward
- Why?
- Symbols are powerful
- 2025 years ago, Jesus was born, starting the age of a new era with his ideas, his teachings
- Maybe we're at the verge of yet a new era
- At least that's what I'm hoping for
- Ideas are here, but they're still in obscurity - waiting to be discovered - or shared

Story details
Intro
- A twist of fate that I am writing this on November 11 - 11:11
- Maybe explain why that time
- Prayer I do at that time everyday
"I bow my head in gratefulness
For the gift of Life
For the Beauty in the World
For the opportunities that lie ahead of me
May I have the wisdom to be who I want to be
And appreciate the simple joys of life
Certainly, I have a lot of opportunities that lie ahead of me
I am cultivating my wisdom, but I still have a long way to go
And today, I'm celebrating with my family, just like you
And you are maybe, probably, most certainly unaware that you may listen to this later.
Intro
What did we talk about
- Humanity is on a turtle's back
- The turtle is heading toward something dangerous
- Cities on this turtle that are the cause of the problems
- Leaving the city to build a settlement
- So we can take care of ourselves, and take care of the turtle so she can take care of us in return
- We're not leaving alone, but as a tribe
- We're planning our settlement to replicate the organization of a forest
- We're building it as those before us once did
- From the ground up with what we have
- With attentiveness of craftsman, together
- With purpose and care - not to conquer, but to belong
- First, need to be aware
- Our minds are like a cave system
- Explore, familiarize, understand them
- Only way to become a better version of yourself
- You will be healthier
- Affects what you'll build
- Affects the tribe
- Affects the turtle
Before getting started, lets think over everything I've talked about
- Ways of thinking
- Certain things I pointed out that you already knew, and hopefully gave you new insights
- Series of analogies
- Sustainable
- Includes being fulfilled
- Reconnecting people with
- Nature
- Other people
- Themselves
- Decisions that impacts them
- Sustainable
- Stories
- Recurring dream in which we would die
- Introducing Argoss, the storyteller that told Tales for Tomorrow
- Short tales with lessons
- Introduced Lidia, the sentient AI that had us reborn in a dream of the future
- A scary dream where we relived the downfall of society being overtaken by technology through the eyes of people
- Look back I who I was before this
- I had ideas in my head I could not put into words
- Desires that I did not put into action
- I had a blurry vision that I could not follow
- But doing this helped me figure it out
- When I started, I didn't know I would get here
- Power of good enough
- Started with just wanting WOT
- Merged ideas together
- Proud of having completed this
- Hope that you found value in it
- It's a success already, because it did change the life one at least one person
- It changed mine
Analogy
Analogy of our ancestors
- One last analogy, which is not really one
- Picture your far ancestors
- What would they think of the world we live in?
- They'd be amazed at the technology we have
- Cars, planes, trains
- Tap water, sewers, fridge
- Electricity, internet, AI
- But they would also be mad
- Oh so mad
- Can't drink the water of our rivers
- Won't even eat the fish coming from it - if there are still some remaining
- Forests are burning to the ground because we're creating plantations
- Don't even know how to survive for a few nights within what used to be our refuge
- Even the air we breathe is polluted and making us sick
- Making the whole planet warmer, unbalancing everything
- They would also be confused
- All this technology and we're not able to take care of the land we live on?
- They were able to do with barely anything
- There's more people in the world ever before, but the people are more isolated than ever
- Leaders are not leading their people for the good
- Instead of being servants of the people
- Servants of their own benefits
- All this technology and we're not able to take care of the land we live on?
- If you're like me, your dissatisfied by all of this
Dissatisfaction
- Good news
- Dissatisfaction can identify for you what you should be working on
- Your purpose
- Be wary of asking people about their purpose
- People don't like that
- Maybe because they don't know
- Maybe their feel ashamed that they don't know
- Maybe feel the pressure of inaction
- Being dissatisfied with your cave yet deciding to stay
- Flip it on it's head
- The dissatisfaction doesn't come from the state of things
- Comes from your inaction
- Dissatisfied with your cave and exploring to find a new one
- You'll see, when you do your purpose, it will bring satisfaction
- It's a balancing mechanism of the human body
- Another system helping us achieve our potential
- Dissatisfaction can identify for you what you should be working on
Practical
Imagine
- Imagine a new world where everything is possible, one not constrained by old systems
- Imagine society guided by shared values and working toward a common vision of the future, motivated by purpose, not profits
- Imagine a society organized like a forest, sustainable, adaptable and organized like a network
- Imagine a society built from the ground up through low-cost, low-risk pilot project
- Imagine a society where everyone has a voice in what happens locally
- Imagine a society based on respect of nature, others, and oneself
- Imagine what we could achieve.
- But first, we must believe
- Belief is first condition of change
- There will be missteps
- But with them, growth
- Adaptations
- But with them, growth
- Don't have all the answers
- But at least, we will be trying - together
- We must become believers
- Believers in Navision
Changing systems
- Old system are hard to come down
- People will defend passionately with their lives
- Example: Slavery
- People will defend passionately with their lives
- Why we need to build a system in parallel
- Enlightenment brought us where we are now
- Trust human reason over divine authority
- Brought
- Science and technology
- Current political and economic systems
- But it also separated us from nature
- Eventually from each other, and ourselves
- Rejected spirituality and became machines ourselves
- We got lost in the cave
- Walls were no longer walls
- Paintings were no longer paintings
- We need to come down to reality
- Walls become walls again
- Paintings becoming paintings again
- Finding our communal cave where life is good
- Reconnect with the world
- Wield science and spirituality together
- Because we're facing a lot of dangers
Dangers we face
- AI
- Crossing a threshold - won't go back
- Think we amplify our power, but reducing it
- Great power comes great responsibility
- Companies yielding these powers are driven by profit - not taking the responsibility seriously
- Same for bioengineering
- Nation state to global governance
- Scary
- Not learnt that too big is bad?
- Centralization is not the solution, it is part of the problem
- Scary
- Humans have forgotten about their relative fragility
- Need to be prepared
- Pandemic is a good example
- Climate change
- Full of uncertainties
- Volcano, meteorite, solar flares
- Are we ready?
- Are we serious about the survival of the species?
- Dangers of technology, particularly AI
I'm hopeful
- See young people
- Older generations make fun of them
- Say that they have no social skills
- No self control
- Grown up with technology and constant advertisements
- Older generations make fun of them
- But I something else
- More and more aware
- Learning how to bake bread, and garden
- Learning to eat healthy, to exercise, to take care of themselves
- Learning to be critical
- The scale is tipping back in the right direction
- Stepped into a world built by their ancestors
- One that is not sustainable
- One that they can't afford
- So they can't afford to mess it up
- I ask myself
- “What future will I leave behind for them?”
- Then immediately correct myself:
- “No. What future will I create with them?”
- They are the solution
- They are the ones that will inherit what is built so they can pass it on to the next generations
- They are the future leaders
Leadership
- Leaders that are grateful
- Not motivated by self-interests
- Have good vibes
- Coming from a place of love
- Leaders that wise
- Own up to their responsibility and mistakes
- Leaders that are humble
- Not clouded by their ego
- They will rise above
- Believe in themselves
- Listen to others
- Willing to sacrifice
- Servants - earn more than others
- Including their ego
- Believe in themselves
- And that makes me proud to be human

Letter to self
What do you want to do?
What is important?
Keep it to one page
Personal experience
-
For those who wonder
-
The recurring dreams where I would die was real
- Started as a teenager - maybe 14 years old
- Feel like I would die young - Dying young was my destiny
- Gave me a sense of urgency, like a ticking clock toward a mission I hadn't completed yet
- I got lost many times along the way
-
One thing brought me back 2 years ago
- A letter my 15 year old past self wrote to me
Hi,
You have to be happy and see life with love. Don't forget to dream and to never give up. I hope that you wrote the book you wanted to write, and if you haven't, it's never too late. Remember your ambitions, your love for all things, and your passion. I've always wanted to change the world, and you, what have you done?
Do what you love and never forget that money is not important. Go, run, live, be crazy, you have nothing to lose. Forget your shyness and search for love where you can find it. Stop wasting your time on useless things, instead follow your heart. With hope that you're happy, and that you aren't dead. Life pass by like a gust of wind.
- A letter my 15 year old past self wrote to me
-
I was tearing up when I read it
- At that moment in time, I had started writing my book again, the story of Malcom Xavier
- I had also quit my corporate job to follow my passion
- But what really tore my heart was this line
- I've always wanted to change the world, and you, what have you done?
-
It's been two years
- Two years that had lots of ups and down
- Two years where I got obsessed with what I wanted to do
- Grateful for for it lead me here
- Two years that had lots of ups and down
-
Not everything happens for a reason
- But can find meaning in the things that happened to you
- Every step I took, every hardship, every decision
- Led me here
- Right now
-
I'm 33 now and no longer feel like I am going dying young
- Here's my novel - everything in this podcast
- I tried to become Malcom Xavier, and through it, I finished my novel
- I never though it would look like this
- 13 episodes written over 3 months
- I never though it would look like this
- There's no ticking clock anymore
- I've done what I felt like I needed to
- I've found my way
- Belief gave life to my own prophecy
- I wanted to write a story that changed the world
- and it did. It changed my world
-
Maybe you've found your way too
- Because every step you took, every hardship, every decision
- Led you here
- Right now
-
But that's just the start
- What I had to do was to get us started
- Now I am asking for help
-
Look around
- World is filled with people like me
- People like you
- That want to change the world
- We have a vision now
- We just need to believe
Poem
Let me end with a question:
- Are you a believer?
- Do you believe in Navision?
- Awake
- Aware
Extra
Make it a competition? A worldchanging friendly competition?
Applying to life
- Manage your energy, not your time.
- Keep when most energy for what is important but not urgent (otherwise never get done)
- Taking care of yourself
- Don't feel like it -> You're going on second tank
- Discipline. Repitition and training
- bucket of deep energy -> access with purpose
Energy leak - Stress in the background
Being efficient with energy - Reduce distraction
Change your mindset to reduce the amount of energy (psychological tax) - By letting go of ego (takes things personally)
- Overestimating a task
- Fear of rejection
- analysis paralysis
- perfectionism
- inadequacy
- spotlight effect
- Learn the concept of Ikagai. Keep your purpose in mind. !Here I give link. I do not teach myself.
- Stop telling yourself things that you should do. It's things that you do. Just do. That's implicit knowledge
- Learn the concept of wabi sabi. Acceptance of death?
Share your experience
-
How you learn to be more less distracted is by stopping to distract yourself.
-
How to learn to be healthier, is by being healthier.
-
We are unhealthy because we haven't learned to be healthy. So let's learn together.
-
Give yourself challenges. Like learning how not to be cold. How to be more relaxed. Have a better posture. And notice what happens when you do.
-
We're disconnected to survival
- Need to relearn survival. Survival books in commerce or libraries or schools part of the network
