When to organize
- Organize when relationship matters.
- Only once value has been proven. Otherwise you'll spend time/resources to organize something that may not be useful to you. If at the beginning, you can have a 'loose' organization, but it needs to stay flexible!
- Organize only loosely what is temporary
- If you want to grow -> but only in a sustainable way -> How to grow in a sustainable way
When NOT to organize
- When the cost of organization > benefits (e.g., every screw in the garage in labeled boxes).
- When the organization system becomes procrastination or red tape -> limits usefulness of what is being organized. Governments are overly organized
