The more knowledge we have about a situation, the more we can understand the situation.
It gets frustrating when you don't understand the situation that is happening, as we're unable to read it/predict what happens next.
But as we have more exposure for a similar situation, we can more easily read that situation.
Like not understanding why someone gets upset because you don't know them enough, or because you don't know about psychology.
It's identifying patterns within a situation.
We can learn to identify patterns
We need a 'toolbox' of ways of thinking to be adaptable
